    Each 550kg tote of Melt-to-Make™ Pectin Base Includes:

    • 550kg tote of Melt-to-Make™ Pectin (Part A)
    • 50% Citric Acid Solution (Part B)
    • Sanding Sugar or Wax Coating

    Inulin (Jerusalem Artichoke), Tapioca Fiber, Water, Pectin; Less than 2% of: Stevia Leaf Extract, Malic Acid, Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid, Carnauba Wax, MCT Oil.

     Important Note

    If using sugar coating, include ‘Ascorbic acid’ at the end of the ingredient list

    If using wax coating, include ‘Carnauba wax, MCT oil’ at the end of the ingredient list.

    We highly suggest the use of a depositor for clients ordering our Pectin base

    • Melt-to-Make™ Sugar-Free Pectin Gummy Base has a 12 month shelf life from the date of manufacture when kept UNOPENED in cool, dry storage conditions(between 50ºF and 70ºF, away from sources of heat and light)

    • After opening, store any unused Sugar-Free Pectin Base in the refrigerator at or below 40° F (do not freeze)

    Totes will be shipped by freight. Please note that totes are filled to order and it may take up to a week for orders to be fulfilled. Please extend us a lead time of 5 business days to get your items shipped.
