FREE SERVICE | Complimentary two (2) hour class at our Northampton, MA location. You can choose from a pectin production class, a gelatin production class or a class which shows the production methods for both bases. In this class you will be shown how to work with our bases from start to finish with plenty of time to ask questions. You can choose whether you would like to see the gummy base deposited with a depositor, by hand pouring or both.
On-Site Training Session
$1500 | Per day of comprehensive training on-site in Northampton, MA. This training covers everything in our free class plus the evaluation of your equipment layout, a custom equipment list, detailed SOP discussion, formula calculator training, and production flow analysis to share with your team. A detailed Q&A session will be held.
Off-Site Training Session
$2,500 | Per day of on-site training with your team at your facility. This training covers everything in our free class plus the evaluation of your equipment layout, a custom equipment list, detailed SOP discussion, formula calculator training, and production flow analysis to share with your team. A detailed Q&A session will be held. Travel and accomodations will be charged separately if applicable.
General Support and Consultation
FREE SERVICE | We are always happy to offer complimentary support and assistance for general support questions along the way. Production questions, troubleshooting, tips and tricks, help with formula calculators, best methods for incorporating additives, etc. are just a few examples of general support. Simply reach out with your questions and we will be sure to respond as soon as possible.
Additional Support and Consultation
$350 | Per hour beyond normal support questions.
