Organic Tapioca Syrup, Organic Cane Sugar, Water, Pectin; Less than 2% of: Natural Flavors, Color (Elderberry Juice, Spirulina), Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate

Important Note

If using sugar coating, include ‘Ascorbic acid’ at the end of the ingredient list

If using wax coating, include ‘Carnauba wax, MCT oil’ at the end of the ingredient list.

We highly suggest the use of a depositor for clients ordering our Pectin base

SHELF LIFE & STORAGE

Melt-to-Make™ Pectin Base has a 12 month shelf life from the date of manufacture when kept UNOPENED in cool, dry storage conditions(between 50ºF and 70ºF, away from sources of heat and light)

After opening, store any unused Pectin Base in the refrigerator at or below 40° F (do not freeze)
