 A perfect blend of naturally sweet, juicy, and ripe strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry flavor. Finished gummies will have a deep red-ish blue appearance. Due to pigment variation of natural colors, slight color difference might be observed between batches.

Each 10kg Case of Melt-to-Make® Pectin Base Includes:

  • 10 kg bucket of Mixed Berry Pectin (Part A)
  • 50% Citric Acid Solution (Part B)
  • 1.4 kg bag of Sanding Sugar or 20 g bottle of Wax Coating upon request

Organic Tapioca Syrup, Organic Cane Sugar, Water, Pectin; Less than 2% of: Natural Flavors, Color (Elderberry Juice, Spirulina), Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate

 

Important Note

If using sugar coating, include ‘Ascorbic acid’ at the end of the ingredient list

If using wax coating, include ‘Carnauba wax, MCT oil’ at the end of the ingredient list.

We highly suggest the use of a depositor for clients ordering our Pectin base

  • Melt-to-Make™ Pectin Base has a 12 month shelf life from the date of manufacture when kept UNOPENED in cool, dry storage conditions(between 50ºF and 70ºF, away from sources of heat and light)

  • After opening, store any unused Pectin Base in the refrigerator at or below 40° F (do not freeze)
  • For optimal cost savings we highly encourage freight shipping for orders of 12 or more cases
  • Please note that in some cases, it may take up to a week for orders to be fulfilled. Please extend us a lead time of 5 business days to get your items shipped
